苏州市思拜克人力资源有限公司是从事人力资源和企业管理咨询服务的专业机构。自2001年一月公司成立于苏州新区创业园以来,公司相继在苏州新区,太仓地区和苏州工业园区设立独立机构,总部设在工业园区。同时,苏州其它各区分部以及武汉、成都分公司正在筹建中。
公司由归国留学人员发起创办,至此已经形成了一支经验丰富的专业团队,涉及法律、人力资源管理、应用心理学、工商管理、营销管理、经济学、金融、财务、信息技术以及工程管理等学科教育背景。

SPARK is a management & consulting services company created to design and deliver consulting services and real-world solutions mainly in HR practices as well as organizational management field, for companies opening or expanding operations in People’s Republic of China.
Since its founding in Suzhou New District (SND) Pioneer Park in January 2001, SPARK has developed a strong presence in Suzhou city, with fully-owned subsidiaries established in SND, Taicang district, and Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) respectively, with SIP as headquarter. Meantime, branches in Suzhou respective districts, Wuhan as well as Chengdu city are under preparation currently. Set up by several overseas returnees, the company has formed a skilled and experienced team specializing in Law, HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Engineering, etc.
SPARK owns a large HR database and information.
